Hotel au bon rapport qualite prix. Le personnel est tres aimable et nous a rendu service notamment en amenant une table et un fer a repasser directement en chambre sans meme avoir demande a ce qu ils soient montes. Les seuls bemoles sont des petits problemes techniques : chasse d eau rafistolée, barre de douche qui ne tient pas bien etc

It is, to be fair, pretty basic hotel so don’t be expecting the Ritz. However, it’s in a great location for concerts/ sports events etc. and the bar area and breakfast was really good.

We stay here approx 6 times a year as we support Lou rugby. The stade de Gerland is a 5 min walk and therefore, this hotel is very ideal. Always clean,staff attentive at all times. The area around has been seriously cleaned up and renewed of late, great improvement. The hotel is what it is a budget stay and for us exactly what we want.

Bien mais certaines choses à revoir
Dans l’ensemble plutôt satisfait. Lit confortable, chambres calme, bien situé. Par contre j’ai eu très froid la nuit malgré que j’ai tenté de monté le chauffage, celui-ci semblait bridé. Sous la couette ça allait mais dès que je le découvrais et à la sortie de la douche il fait vraiment froid. Idem pour le petit déjeuner, est-ce que c’est parce que nous sommes arrivé à 9h30 et que c’était la fin, il y avait un air frais très désagréable.
Le personnel est très accueillant mais doit trop faire de chose en même temps, 1 seule personne pour l’accueil, les petits dej, le bar… je pense que vu le prix des chambres le groupe accord pourrai faire un effort et mettre plus de personnel. Quand à la propreté globalement correcte sauf sous le wc qui était vraiment degueulasse (j’ai tombé un produit et je l’ai vu quand je l’ai ramassé) et un cheveux pas à nous dans le lit.

Honteux de prendre en otage des clients régulier sous prétexte qu'il a un salon dans la ville, comme si tout le monde était là pour ça...
Le service est le même, voire pire.
Même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre.

Arrivée très bien, dans la chambre, des poussières non faites, manque un balai pour wc afin de llaisser un wc propre pour le personnel de chambre qui n est pas notre « larbin »
Gestion des petits déjeuners en période Covid non comprise, il faudrait respecter une logique de décontamination plus serieuse, (personnel qui va et vient de la réception sans se décontaminer les mains, client qui se sert du café car personnel non présent dans la salle et pas de décontamination de la machine, etc…)

We stayed here for the Northampton Saints v Lyon rugby, was a short walk to the ground, and close to the Metro. Was an excellent location, staff were friendly and spoke English, as we couldnt speak French this was very useful.

Hotel in periferia ma abbastanza vicino a alla stazione della metro e del tram. Stanza essenziale ma un pò piccolina, noi ci siamo fermati due notti a dicembre (per le luci).

Se proprio non c'è altro!
Ci sono stata durante la Festa delle Luci del 2019 per due notti.
Ho scelto appositamente un posto vicino al centro, comodo per arrivarci in auto dall'Italia, per parcheggiare e per raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici il centro.Tutto bene fin qui, tranne il parcheggio che non è prenotabile e non arriva a 10 posti.
L'hotel sembra nuovo. Le camere sono ben arredate, luminose e perfettamente insonorizzate. Vorrei dire la stanza fosse pulita ma, credetemi, al mio arrivo ho trovato uno slip da uomo arrotolato per terra in un angolo.
Posto che mai ho trovato personale così antipatico in vita mia come gli addetti alla reception di questo hotel, quando sono andata a spiegare il fatto ho parlato in inglese e loro neanche si sforzavano di capire fino a che, grazie a google translator, ho scritto in italiano e ho mostrato loro la traduzione in francese. Diciamo che si sono tolti dalla faccia quell'espressione annoiata e sono corsi a porre rimedio togliendo il "corpo estraneo" dalla stanza. Hanno offerto a mio marito e me un caffè e un thè e via...
L'indomani ci presentiamo a colazione abbastanza presto (verso le 8)... buona varietà, prodotti freschi, ottima selezione di formaggi.... tutto bene... Poi succede l'inaspettato. La fila!
I posti dove sedersi sono pochini ma il numero di clienti dell'hotel, no. Gli ospiti scesi alle 8.30 abbiano fatto colazione verso le 9.30.
La cosa peggiore comunque è la scortesia dei ragazzi della reception. Mi adatto a tutto, ma non alla mancanza di cortesia!

Ideally situated for our visit. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Facilities good as it appeared new or recently refurbished. Down side no kettle but we have come to expect that. We got what we paid for and as previously said ideal for our trip.

Très bon choix pour un déplacement pro
Le personnel est trè agréable, l'espace bar/lobby est un peu petit pour travailler. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le petit-déjeuner très copieux. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

Low Cost & Good Local Area
Stayed 2 nights whilst visiting ENS which is only a short walk. Good transport links with nearby Metro stations and a choice of restaurants all within walking distance. Otherwise the local area is quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The accommodation is perfectly acceptable for a short stay on business.

Good place to stay.
Although hotel is not in the centre it is very close to two underground stations and a tram stop, which makes getting around really easy and cheap. It is close to Lyon rugby stadium and has a great bar Ninkinsi (they brew their own beers) and a very good Japanese restaurant very close by. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful and there is 24hr room service.

Clean and affordable
A bit cramp-y, but ok. Good air condition (quite rare for Europe). You get a table, a chair, TV, a mysterious sofa/soft chair (I presume it could be pulled out and convert to bed/sleeping contraption, but then you will not be able to do much else in the room but sleep). You get a space to hang your cloths, but there is really no place to put you suitcase (or two). No other amenities in the room, but there is a free tea and coffee from the machine in the breakfast room at any time. Overall, it is not something to write home about, but you will not regret staying there either.

chambre calme et propre. Un bémol au petit déjeuner : à 9h30, beaucoup de choses manquaient, plus de verres, tasses, pain, fruits, yaourts, viennoiseries. C'est très dommage.

2017年にイルミネーション祭りに参加するために利用しました。ibisホテルは系列ホテルが世界中にあり(日本にもあります)、安心して使えます。リヨンの中心地から離れていますがその分価格がお安くなっています。徒歩5分圏内に地下鉄の駅と路面電車の駅があるため不便に感じませんでした。郊外エリアですが、ホテルの目の前に4-5軒良さげなレストランがありました。２軒使いましたが、どちらもかなり良いレストランでした。電車での移動に抵抗がなければおすすめのホテルです。

Worst reception staffs
The worst experience that I have with the staffs from reception. I have argue with them and they actually refused to give me an invoice for the accommodation. Being a business trip I needed an invoice for my accounting but they refused to give me one.

a decent option near the university
Room was clean and fixtures were in good condition.
Strangely, the "double bed" and "two single beds" are actually the same thing, they just push them together or apart respectively. When I arrived my room was in "double bed" configuration. Then after the first day it got changed into "two single beds" configuration. When I mentioned that I preferred the double bed, I was informed that that costs more.
The speed of the WiFi Internet was abysmal, it took close to a half hour just to download email attachments.
There were some weird banging noises coming from above (no, not that kind of banging, more like somebody dropping marbles on the concrete floor at all hours of the night), I'm not sure what that was about or how much the hotel could do about it. One night there was also the smell of cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation. I assume that this was one of me neighbors violating the no-smoking policy.
Otherwise, the stay was quite nice. The breakfast option (10€) is a good bet, as the selection is decent and there's not much else to eat in the morning in that neighborhood.
Staff was very polite and helpful.
Overall, would use again.

Hôtel Ibis classique. Pas cher et bien situé par rapport aux sites que je voulais découvrir. Bon petit déjeuner. En revanche, j'ai voulu prendre un en-cas le soir tard. 9 € pour une espèce de croque-monsieur décongelé qui ne ressemblait à rien... A éviter !

Good clean budget hotel
Breakfast was much nicer than anticipated- all self service, but good selection. Hotel small, rooms small but service very friendly and nice that you can order food at the bar and bring it to your room. Neighborhood a bit quiet but not far from the metro stop, so location was fine for me.

Nice comfortable hotel
I only stayed one night, so I didn't have a chance to explore the area around the hotel, but so many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, a supermarket, a post office, a bank etc.

clean, but minimal room
The room had everything necessary and was clean. It was small for two people, and I would have preferred that there was an extra towel (hand towel), in addition to the one bath towel per person.
