El barrio es lo peor de Atenas. Lo de la pobreza es lo de menos, la calle llena de drogadictos y prostitucion, cadáveres humanos.

Great location and great stuff.
Flexibility with the checking in and resolution of the booking discrepancies through the third party. Very convenient location to the old part of Athens, close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Behind the hotel there is an affordable parking garage for 7 euros parking spot for 24 hours. The breakfast is fantastic and nutrient.

The hotel was very clean the rooms were spacious and the staff were extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always smiling and cheerful, we recieved a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. We are returning on the 20th after our cruise for two more nights. I would highly recommend this hotel

Everything was great except the bed.
Excellent location. Great breakfast options.
The bed was not good. The sheets did not fit the bed and several times in the night you woke up to your face and/or body on the mattress. No mattress cover. Just an old dirty/worn mattress.

Mi-a placut foarte mult hotelul. Curat, camere spatioase, personalul hotelului super amabil . Pret bun in raport cu calitatea.
Sunt cateva cladiri parasite prin preajma . Dar la nici 2 colturi distanta ajungi in miezul capitalei unde este extraordinar.

In großen Ganzen ist es in Ordnung...Aber wäre nett wenn diverse Verbesserungen gemacht werden!
Die Nähe des Zentrums
Entspricht nicht die Erwartungen was im Web bzw Kommentaren geschrieben wird...Zimmer sind nicht sauber oder entsprechen oder das gesamt Bild des Hotels entsprechen nicht vier Sterne Hotels...Frühstück nicht ausreichend wie in den Bildern dargestellt.

Overall great hotel, great price, beautiful room.
Very clean and new, felt very modern and comfortable. Very spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and friendly.
Only downside is location is in a ‘rougher’ area so wouldn’t feel safe walking around outside - had to get taxis every time.

Alles war super, jedes Personal ob Frühstückservice oder Rezeption uns wurde alles richtig super erklärt auf dem Stadtplan so dass wir alle s leicht gefunden haben, alle waren sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, besser geht es nicht, alles war sicher, auch von der Autobahn sehr gut erreichbar, Frühstück mega , Zimmer top, alles sauber und das Beste, man erreicht alles bequem per Fuss, wir waren im 8.Stock mit Aufzug, sehr gut, vielen Dank an das ganze Team vom boss hotel

Sehr gutes Hotel in der falschen Gegend
Ouzo und Süss zur Begrüßung. Wasser wurde täglich neu gestellt. Ziemlich gutes Frühstück. Große Auswahl bis zum Ende der Öffnungszeiten. Überdurchschnittlich große Zimmer für diesn Preis.
Beim Check-in am späten Abend gab es vom Rezeptionisten Sicherheitshinweise für die Gegend.
Ein ruhiges Zimmer gab man mir auf der obersten Etage mit dem Hinweis das dort keine Familien untergebracht werden. Es war wirklich ruhig.
Die Dusche lies sich schwer regulieren

Good room - average location.
Lovely big rooms with a sitting area. Nice shower. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.
The location isn’t the greatest for solo travellers or families but the ‘rough’ areas can be avoided if you listen to the hotel staff directions. Think of it as an ‘education’.

Een heel goed verblijf met alles erop en eraan!
Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en een ruime, comfortabele kamer met een goed bed. De douchte werkte goed en alles was aanwezig! We kregen het ontbijt er zomaar bij en dat was zeer uitgebreid en lekker. En ook daar zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Totaal niets! Het was allemaal perfect!

The room was big and spacious. The staff was helpful and super friendly. The pastries at breakfast were good.. They provided water, complimentary ouzo and candy.
The location was dodgy as there were a lot of prostitutes soliciting business on the other side of the shower. Our shower sometimes had no hot water. The eggs at breakfast were cold. The room was not ready when we arrived at 3:00. The room was not soundproof as advertised, but a lot of noise from the street (and we were on the 9th floor).

Terrible experience.
Worst experience ever. First day at the hotel complete blackout. Next 5 days without WiFi. Fourth day we had to go to another sister hotel to have breakfast. Sixth day no hot water. Still have 5 days to go!

2 saat önce erken check-in imkanı sağlandı ve odalarımıza hemen yerleşip şehri gezmeye başladık. Şarap ve kahvaltı ikram edilmesi harika bir deneyimdi. Fiyat-kalite dengesi açısından mükemmeldi diyebilirim.

A great family friendly hotel with spacious and clean rooms
The hotel is very clean and spacious for a family of three. Toilet accessories, ironing board and box, safe box, and a small balcony. Breakfast had a nice spread. We got it under 100 Euros/ day for three of us including breakfast. It was a steal. Very close to omonia square.
Just that the adjacent lanes looked a bit unsafe with some homeless People roaming around... The graffiti walls (may be it's culturally akin to Athens) sent a wrong vibes in the night.

Ok, could be better
Was transferred here from sister 3 star hotel, was supposed to be an upgrade but didn't feel like it was. The area is pretty dire and it appeared there were 'working' girls opposite. The hotel itself looks nice and clean, well maintained. Breakfast is good variety. Room is good size but sparse, bathroom is tiny, you couldn't get to shower without closing door and sink is tiny with powerful water pressure. The room could do with more storage or coat hooks and box of tissues. There was also no leaflets or info about area that you usually get at hotels. It was ok, but could have been better value for money. Staff are cordial but do not initiate conversation which is a plus or minus depending on preference.

Buona la colazione, migliorabile ma cmq molto fornita. Il quartiere non è dei migliori ma la vicinanza alla metro fa si che Comunque la posizione sia ottima.
La pulizia delle stanze è da rivedere
Caffè e cappuccini fatti al momento dal barista anziché dalla macchinetta sarebbe sicuramente un plus apprezzato soprattutto dagli italiani. Così come qualche croissant in più.
Le stanze sono grandissime ma il bagno e la pulizia dei dettagli lascia a desiderare. Capelli in giro, polvere dietro il rubinetto del lavandino e calcare nel soffione
