Hotel je na jako dobroj lokaciji. I cisto je.
Kada sam rezervisao hotel nisu rekli da se ceo prvi sprat renovira. Komplet!! Lupanje plocica i svega. Gosti pre mene koji su odlazili zalili su se. Na visim spratovima se ne cuje toliko ali se ipak cuje.
Osoblje je neprofesionalno jer nas ne upute unapred ,a dosli smo na odmor. Pritom su nam dva dana dali jexnu sobu, druga dva su nam menjali.
Sobe do lifta su jako lose zvucno izolovsne (vrata su NIKAKVA) I Kratka pa struji vazduh ispod ako je promaja.
Osoblje bi trebalo da bude prpfesionalnije zbog buducih vracanja gostiju na istu lokaciju. Ipak je Pariz grad u koji se stalno vracas.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was very accommodating.
The staff was wonderful. The air condition wasn't working properly for the firs 2 days of our stay. They brought us fans. By the 3rd day the air worked. Hotel was very clean. They are remodeling the rooms and we stayed in an updated room. The location was good. We walked to many of the sites.
It would be nice if they served coffee all day in the lobby not just 3:00 to 6:00

Pobyt v hotelu předčil naše očekávání. Hotel je krásně a také prakticky zařízený, čistý, s nadstandardním servisem jako například denní doplňování vody na pokoji, odpolední káva a dezert u recepce. Snídaně byla naprosto úžasná, kromě standardní nabídky vajec, uzenin a sýrů také výběr z teplých jídel, které se denně obměňovaly, výborné sladké pečivo, fresch juice atd.
Jediná drobná výtka směřuje k tomu, že pokoj byl inzerován jako trojlůžkový, ale jednalo se o klasický dvojlůžkový pokoj s přistýlkou (tj. rozložené křeslo). Třetí osoba je tak ochuzena o jinak úžasně pohodlné postele s výbornými matracemi.

Uncomfortable stay
Cleanliness and good location
Too noisy, on Friday and Saturday morning they we fixing in the hotel something drilling into the walls and we couldnt sleep well, and the doors and soundproof at all, anybody passing in the corridor you can hear them clearly.
And the staff knock the door in aggressive loud way

Disappointing.
Location but this image of the hotel is incorrect. Our room was tiny, dirt and faced out to a building site.
It was dirty, carpets were filthy, sheets were stained and it was a building site on the next level. It was also very insecure. There was a manager there at night but he did not look up once when I walked in. I travelled with two children and felt it was a little unsafe.

A heaven in the heart of Paris close to all attractions and food and shopping.
Friendly staff, easy check in. Was amazingly cool and air-conditioned during the record breaking heat wave. Clean and one of the best shower I have had in a hotel. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms for like an Antarctic experience while it was boiling lava outside.
Rooms are a tad smalller but that didn't bother us much. There were renovations going on which got a bit noisy at times but still nothing too bothersome.

Only the next morning, after checking in after midnight , We have learned that the hotel was under renovation. We woke up early from the sound of work. The hotel staff were very nice and tried to help, including changing our room and offered breakfast during our stay.

Excellent
Excellent - great location in the Latin quarter with short walks to the metro, RER, great restaurants. We also walked to the Louvre in an easy flat/downhill 20mins.
Beautiful balcony on the corner of the building so we could look along 4 roads (we were in room 503 and it was wonderful).
Actually quite a big room, with plenty of space for our big suitcases.
Staff were lovely and helpful at all times.
Lift was great for going up to 5th level.
Good air conditioning - worked quickly
We didn’t mind this but also didn’t think it was super clear from photos, but the bathroom sink area just has a glass door. The shower is huge and it has solid walls, so can change in there if it’s a problem for you to have the glass wall.
Toilet is in a separate completely enclosed room.
It was fine, but the bed and pillows were firm and not as comfortable as other places we have stayed at on this trip. Can be a personal preference of course!

Not great for the price.
Good location.
There was a renovation in progress on the floor below our room - there was no sign indicating ongoing construction and we were not informed. Construction noise was all day and started at 8am. There was also a water leak in the bathroom, and there was no apology for these conveniences. In addition, a loud karaoke bar across the street kept us awake at night until it closed at 1am. Breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. For the experience, the hotel was overpriced.

Το πάτωμα στο δωμάτιο είχε μια περίεργη κλίση προς μια μεριά. Επίσης οι εργασίες ανακαίνισης ενός ορόφου ήταν ενοχλητικές.

Parigi nonostante il caldo tremendo e sempre nel nostro cuore
Posizione ottima e scelta perché conosciamo molto bene Parigi.
Colazione con buona scelta di prodotti.
Bagno piccolo e senza finestra ma con grande doccia.
C’erano lavori in corso di ristrutturazione all’interno e rumori durante il giorno.
Camera piccola e non rispecchia il costo pagato veramente elevato.

El principal problema es que empezaron renovaciones y no paraban de taladrar desde 10 am a 5 pm eso no es correcto y al menos deberian avisar a los pasajeros que va a suceder, fue tanto que nos cambiamos de hotel .

Would definitely book here again, but wouldn’t splurge on the balcony room.
Close to transportation and lots of restaurants. Staff was wonderful.

Stay here.
Centrally located. Close to bus stations and metro. Pantheon is stones throw away. Luxembourg gardens are very near. Notre Dame a short walk. So many nice restaurants on Saint Germaine.
The daily cleaning of the rooms is excellent. Catalina needs special mention.
The room was small. Maybe have larger cups for cafe latte. But I am forcing myself here to find negatives!

A wonderful place to stay.
The staff was great, very helpful with directions, recommendations on where to eat, etc.
The room was a bit small. It was tight to get around the bed when our suitcase was open. Other than that it was just fine.

Einfach paradiesisch
Das Hotel weist eine Top- Lage auf. Man hat etwa 10 Gehminuten zur Nore Dame und hat im Viertel Latin Quartier zahlreiche vorzügliche französische Restaurants. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitengasse, durch das keine Fahrzeuge fahren können. Der Jardin de Luxembourg ist ganz in der Nähe.
Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir haben uns voll und ganz wohl gefühlt und werden bei unserer nächsten Paris Reise wiederum das Grand Hotel Saint Michel buchen.

Just wonderful!
Amazing staff, fantastic location, and lots of attention to detail! Staff helped with all my questions and were very attentive. Their afternoon coffee in the lobby was perfect for a second-wind trek of Paris. The room is very comfortable. The street is quiet for a city street and the scent of jasmine from the vine at the front door was lovely!

Immersive loudness
Reception staffs are friendly and very helpful. The neighborhood of the hotel is on the clean side of Paris.
The window is not properly insulate, so I could still hear everything going on outside just in a slightly lower volume. There is a bar across the street and opens till 2am, I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Also the room door blocks no sound. I hear all words from the corridor. The most ridiculous thing is, when the door of the neighboring room was slammed, my bed and its head borad also shaked, and door slamming seemed to be the morning routine.

Do atendimento,do carinho que tratam os hóspedes . Pessoal da recepção uma boa parte fala Português. O tratamento da atendente do café da manhã a Danila foi super gentil conosco ,nos deu dicas além de ser brasileira, e nos serviu um excelente café da manhã, sempre bem alegre com todos os hóspedes. A limpeza e o quarto que ficamos foram muito agradáveis , com funcionamento perfeito de tudo. Hotel é bonito e fica muito perto de tudo. Um dia voltarei.
Não tenho reclamações.

Location and helpfulness of the desk staff
On wed, at 830 am, someone went on a door slamming tirade that lasted almost 30 min. Repeated slamming shook the walls! I don’t know if it was a guest, or the housecleaning staff, as no words were spoken during the tirade..

Nice stay in a hotel in a good location with very nice staff.
The room was comfortable, the staff very nice and helpful and the location was great.
Housekeeping. They were noisy each morning. The vacuum cleaner should NOT be stored in the closet right by our room. The housekeeping was constantly banging that closet door every morning. Also, on the morning of 5/14, housekeeping ignored the privacy card hanging from our room and entered the room while we were asleep. Very bad way to wake up!

Ottima Colazione abbondante, ogni giorno varia, sia di salato che dolce, caffè e capuccino dalla macchinetta ma accettabile. Staff impeccabile, accogliente e cortese. La stanza era con balcone e l'unica nota negativa è che la finestra non è insonorizzata. Bella doccia grande e sempre ben pulita. Stanza piccola come nello standard di Parigi ma carina e accogliente. Stanno sistemando il 4° piano e quindi stanno facendo le stanze nuove. Hanno una stanza per i bagagli nel giorno di checkout, utilissima. Sono attaccati alla fermata Luxembrug linea B comodissima agli aeroporti. Grazie allo staff per l'ospitalità.
