Great location and car parking, reception lady was a bit rude and not very accommodating
good parking facilities beneath the hotel.
The lady on reception was quite abrupt and wouldn't let us store our bikes in our rooms, she could have tried to smile and been a bit more accommodating. It felt like guests were a bit of an inconvenience to her day.

Really good hotel with a great ataff
The location was absolutely perfect for the concert that we were attending. The staff was amazing and the breakfast perfect.
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable.

Comfortable room and good location, kind and helpful staff
The breakfast (options , quality , service ) could be much better

Molto buono
La struttura nel complesso è molto buona. Bagno grande, nuovo. Colazione abbastanza ricca
Rapporto qualità prezzo nettamente sbilanciato

great place for a quieter stay, all within 20 minutes walk of the major sites
was the perfect location for us for 2 nights to meet our tour group. Outside the major packed areas and still close enough to walk for tours and dinners

Excellent
Staff were very nice, we had a disability person with us and one of the staff was incredibly helpful with getting him around! Food was also very good and receptionist and bar staff were very welcoming. Room was clean and beds were really comfy too.

Not great value for money especially since we were very unlucky with the noises outside of our room
Staff were kind and efficient at check in
The room had a connecting room located just in front of the elevator. When the guests arrived home staying in the adjacent room I first thought they were entering our room, the noise was as if they were right next to us. They decided to stay up chatting until 03:30, loudly. The first guest who used the elevator at 06:00 am hung around waiting for it just outside of our door so again we were woken up. We slept around 3 hours because of the extremely poor sound insulation of the hotel. There were also some hairs in the bed and bathroom.

Mycket strul med betalning.
Bra frukost• Välstädat. Tyst rum. Trevlig personal. Bra sängar-inte för hårda.
Ventilationen fungerade inte första dygnet. Litet rum.

Hotel elegante, molto pulito, camere ben insonorizzate, accoglienti e dotate di tutti i comfort. Noi avevamo una tripla e una suite. Colazione molto abbondante e buona. Personale molto attento, cordiale e premuroso.

Comfortable and pleasant
Very clean room, comfortable and spacious. The lounge area is very pleasant. The staff is polite and friendly.
Everything was quite good, but I think the fruit choice at the breakfast can definitely be improved with some fresh season fruit.

konumu güzeldi, kahvaltısı hoşumuza gitti. asansör hızı be sayısı gayet iyi bekleme olmuyordu. güvenlikli idi. kapalı otoparkı da güvenliydi, otopark gib değil ama belirli sayıda araç içine alabiliyor ve giriş çıkışlar kontrollü ve otel çalışanları yardımcı oluyordu
