Excellent hotel option in Mayfair!
Excellent central Mayfair location, nice modern and large rooms, nice bathroom.
Initial room was smaller, but reception agreed to a different, larger room of the same category. Appreciated.

We had a great weekend, however some improvements should be made
The Location was exactly what we were looking for and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The food in the Mayfair Kitchen was fantastic, I can certainly recommend the Japanese menu.
There was a generator running outside of our suite all day and most of the night. The staff during breakfast seemed to be extremely busy and therefore the service was very slow.

Nasty.
We had an absolutely terrible experience. As customers of ten years who have stayed at this hotel with our family countless times, we were met with appalling treatment. After booking three rooms (for a group comprising four doctors, a lawyer, and a Bromsgrove School graduate), we were informed that a coffee machine worth £150 was missing following our departure. It is insulting. For starters, the machine wasn't even in two of the rooms to begin with. Then, they attempted to charge the cost to our account. Even after we engaged in discussions and sent letters, they didn't even offer an apology. It is unbecoming of such a hotel to treat loyal customers this way. Truly disgraceful.
P.S. Considering the hotel's rates, I don't think the guests are the type to come looking for a £150 coffee machine.

Awful…. Will never stay there again. I was told by cab driver that this construction has been ongoing for 2 years!!! And
Not much. Breakfast was fine. Bathroom towels changed daily.
It was surrounded on both sides by major construction and scaffolding! Construction started at 8 AM every day. I told Check In that I did not want to face the front street where I saw construction as the taxi pulled up. She said oh no ma’am we’ll put you on the other side… Where we also had construction. I have pictures and videos of this room and the noise. We were there for three nights… The so-called balcony was solid concrete and who would use a balcony with a construction site next-door anyway? The workmen could actually look straight into the rooms from their vantage point if they chose to…It was a terrible value for something like $700 a night. I was completely disappointed and will never stay there again. The pictures of the room were totally deceiving as it was extremely small.

The air con in the room didn’t work. so we was left at 1:30am in what felt like an oven. Staff brought a tiny old fan to the room. I was unhappy complained ended up getting two Dyson style fans. But wasn’t the point. I felt very dissatisfied with there resolution and there good will was to remove breakfast off our bill. This I feel was not very helpful.

Manglende wauw fornemmelse I suite. Ikke nogen form for information om hotellet i fysisk papir form eller om området.
Room service ikke særlig imponerende. Kom ikke til aftalte tider og til prisen var maden ikke det værd.

Don’t take a laptop, but feel free to talk on speaker
I went was at the bar at around 7pm, discussing a presentation on my laptop. I was told that there was a ‘no laptop policy’ after 7. Ok. Weird and rude, given that the laptop was silent, but fine, I turned it off. Then, for the next 3 hours, multiple people at the bar were making video calls on speaker phone, without any intervention from management. One wonders if there is on tile for Europeans at the bar (no laptops) and one for people from places more towards the Middle East (distract people around you because of oil money))

A Proper London Hotel
The hotel itself is located in a great part of London, walking distance to Buckingham, Green park, the tube and Piccadilly. Nice doormen greet you ate the front, check in was easy enough and the lobby was spotless. The rooms are nice, remember this is a London hotel so sometimes the walk from the elevator to your room can get your steps in. The rooms are nice, up to date and the staff keeps them clean. Other than the rooms the fitness center was the best I have experienced in a London hotel, lots of equipment, well laid out and enough space that you are not crowded.
We’ve stayed in more expensive hotels but keep coming back to this one.

Enjoyable stay in London despite teething issues
We booked here to celebrate our anniversary and I reached out to the Senior Guest Relations Manager to pre book some flowers and champagne. After initially replying he then never replied after me sending multiple emails. This left a sour start to our trip as I was unable to coordinate this. After raising this upon arrival I was helped by Akil the FOH manager and Preena on reception.(maybe spelt wrong) Both amazing - totally service focused and turned this situation around wonderfully helping me make the occasion special in the end. They took time to listen despite check-in being really busy. You get champagne on arrival which is a nice touch. The hotel itself has a very fancy lobby which means that the rooms can feel a bit more standard in comparison. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and it was quiet as we had a courtyard room. Bathroom was lovely with a separate bath, shower, double sink and nice toiletries. Slippers were a bit cheap looking and didn't match the hotel vibe - which is not a big problem in the grand scheme of things but when you are paying a premium price you expect premium products. Breakfast was of a high quality - thoroughly recommend the omelettes! Staff were more reactive than proactive so perhaps a bit of a skills gap here from some team members. Gym is well equipped and the spa area was really nice. The area is busy - but walking distance to lots of tourist attractions. I am grateful to Akil and Preena for making the stay enjoyable.

We didn’t leave with a warm fuzzy feeling, we left feeling like a commodity.
Location was great.
The Bed and bedding was gorgeous and super comfortable

À la ducha le falta un poco de volumen pero está bien. No me gusta el jabón líquido, prefiero el normal. Y el bar es normal, no muy bien atendido.

Great service!
I'd like to explicitly acknowledge the professionalism of Vladi from reception. I had just arrived at the hotel for a long stay of over five days and was not happy with my initial room. Vladi helped me change it, but the second room was also not quite right. Vladi then arranged a third room for me, which was perfect. Many thanks to Vladi for the professionalism and support!
